John Vincent is CEO of EyeWonder, Inc.

Mr. Vincent co-founded EyeWonder in August of 1999 and was part of the original team that pioneered the first ever Instant Play Video Ad in 2000. Under Vincent's leadership, EyeWonder has grown to become the preferred video and rich media ad vendor of many of the world's top agencies and advertisers. His vision has helped drive EyeWonder's success and helped revolutionize online advertising. As EyeWonder's CEO and Chairman, Vincent is currently positioning the company to best take advantage of the industry's astounding growth.

Vincent is active in setting direction for the future of online rich media and is an Associate Board Member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), as well as a member of the Rich Media Task Force for IAB standards and Interactive Broadcasting Committee member. He was recently appointed to the Jumpstart Automotive's Presidential Advisory Board. Vincent has also been named one of the Digital Media 100 -- a special recognition in the field of leaders, influencers and innovators in the digital media industry.

Prior to co-founding EyeWonder, Vincent worked extensively in the field of media and advertising with a focus and expertise in coordinating media strategies and communication. His career includes key executive and leadership positions with Leap Online, an online marketing company, the operations of which were merged with those of EyeWonder in 1999, as well as Magellan TSA, Inc., Place Space Media, and Captive Concepts, Inc.

Mr. Vincent earned his bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University.


Jerome Connell is COO and General Counsel of EyeWonder, Inc.

Mr. Connell has been EyeWonder's General Counsel since 2000, and became its chief operating officer and acting chief financial officer in 2006. Mr. Connell manages and oversees all of EyeWonder's legal and financial affairs, and also oversees the company's ongoing operations and expansion efforts.

Before joining EyeWonder, Mr. Connell was a partner in the Atlanta office of Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, where he specialized in business formations, mergers and acquisitions, franchising and licensing, private securities offerings and venture capital financings. His clients ranged from startups to large technology and other publicly held companies, such as Aaron Rents, Maxicom PCS (founders of Sprint affiliate Airgate PCS), Scientific Research Corporation, National Vision Associates, Huddle House and Bank South, N.A. (the Georgia predecessor to Bank of America).

Mr. Connell earned his J.D. from the Cornell Law School and his B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University.


Ricky McClellen is CIO of EyeWonder, Inc.

Mr. McClellen is charged with leading EyeWonder's product strategy and development. He is responsible for the creation and implementation of enterprise business processes across the organization. McClellen is also accountable for the performance and evaluation of the infrastructure and information technology teams. In addition to spearheading the company's innovations and product enhancements, he oversees the operations of EyeWonder's campaign delivery and reporting systems.

Mr. McClellen has an extensive and high-profile background in technology and information architecture. Prior to joining EW, he served as Senior Enterprise Architect, Enterprise Architecture and Engineering, Enterprise Technology and Infrastructure at SunTrust Bank. Before that, he was the eBusiness Technical Manager of Implementations at Manhattan Associates, and also a Senior Enterprise Architect at Arthur Andersen.

Mr. McClellen attended Mercer University and Georgia Institute of Technology with major areas of study in Computers, English, Communication and Theater Arts.


B. Allen Reese is CFO of EyeWonder, Inc.

Mr. Reese is responsible for the financial operations of EyeWonder, and his primary focus is on the management of the corporation's growth as well as the management of short- and long-term financial risk. Additionally, Reese manages the company's annual financial planning cycle, including budgeting, and he sets the financial goals for the organization.

Before joining EyeWonder Reese was the CFO of Noble Systems Corporation. In that role, Reese was responsible for overseeing the company's worldwide finance organization, corporate strategy and development, acquisitions, treasury and risk management activities, controller functions, insurance and taxes.

He received his Certified Public Accountant license in 1991 and has worked in various leadership roles in Finance and Accounting with companies such as ALCOA, United Technologies, and CheckFree.

Reese received a B.S. degree in accounting from Otterbein College and his MBA from the Colorado State University School of Business.


Michael Griffin is Executive Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Development of EyeWonder, Inc.

Mr. Griffin joined EyeWonder in 2000 as head of sales and marketing and was promoted to EyeWonder's executive team in 2002. In 2001, Griffin sold the Internet's first major video ad campaign --powered by EyeWonder. Today, Griffin oversees the company's marketing, partnerships, and business development activities. Under Griffin's leadership, EyeWonder has delivered billions of online video and rich media ad impressions for Fortune 1000 advertisers, and its rich media and video ad products are accepted by hundreds of online publishers worldwide including Yahoo!, AOL and MSN.

Griffin has over twenty years of sales and marketing expertise for some of the world's top brands. Prior to joining EyeWonder, Griffin served as Senior Manager of National Consumer Marketing Programs for The Coca-Cola Company. His previous experience includes serving as Director of Marketing for The Weather Channel cable television network and Weather.com, and as Brand Manager for The Paddington Corporation, a division of Grand Metropolitan, PLC where he was named to Advertising Age magazine's top 100 marketers in 1996.

Mr. Griffin earned his B.A. in Political Science from Alfred University.


Michael Rosner is the Senior Vice President of Global Sales of EyeWonder, Inc.

Mr. Rosner has an impressive record of rich media sales leadership. As EyeWonder's Vice President of Global Sales, he oversees the company's sales efforts domestically and internationally, including eight sales offices worldwide. Prior to joining EyeWonder, Rosner served as Director of New Business at PointRoll. There he was responsible for incubating new media and rich media products to augment existing company revenues.

Before his tenure at PointRoll, Rosner was Director of Sales and New Business Development at Conducive Corp., where he additionally served as the VP of Sales and the General Manger of Ai Media, a spin-off entity representing highly targeted search and contextual advertising opportunities. He was also responsible for all day-to-day inventory management as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Prior to joining Conducive, Michael held a variety of management and senior sales positions at DoubleClick Media and the SONAR Network. Michael received a B.S. from Arizona State University in 1992.


Marcel Udo is the Managing Director of Continental Europe for EyeWonder, Inc.

Mr. Udo is EyeWonder's managing director of Continental European sales and operations. Udo is responsible for the delivery of EyeWonder's products and services to the European market. In addition, he spends time with clients helping to uncover and explore the possibilities of Interactive Digital Advertising.

Udo's responsibilities include adaptation of EyeWonder's corporate business strategy to make sure it is implemented consistently from the United States to Europe. He is charged with driving growth of the European market as well as overseeing the development of new markets and opening offices as EyeWonder rapidly expands its client base in Europe.

Formerly with ilse media, the largest online publisher in the Netherlands, Udo was sales director with responsibility for online advertising sales for more than 140 Web properties that reaches nearly 70 percent of the Dutch Internet population. There he was responsible for advertising sales. Before that, Udo established and led the online sales division for the largest Dutch newspaper, De Telegraaf.

In addition to his role at EyeWonder, he also serves as vice-chairman for IAB Netherlands. Udo graduated from IVA Driebergen and earned his marketing diploma from NIMA C.
