Mr. Vincent co-founded EyeWonder in August of 1999 and was part of the original team that pioneered the first ever Instant Play Video Ad in 2000. Under Vincent's leadership, EyeWonder has grown to become the preferred video and rich media ad vendor of many of the world's top agencies and advertisers. His vision has helped drive EyeWonder's success and helped revolutionize online advertising. As EyeWonder's CEO and Chairman, Vincent is currently positioning the company to best take advantage of the industry's astounding growth.
Vincent is active in setting direction for the future of online rich media and is an Associate Board Member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), as well as a member of the Rich Media Task Force for IAB standards and Interactive Broadcasting Committee member. He was recently appointed to the Jumpstart Automotive's Presidential Advisory Board. Vincent has also been named one of the Digital Media 100 -- a special recognition in the field of leaders, influencers and innovators in the digital media industry.
Prior to co-founding EyeWonder, Vincent worked extensively in the field of media and advertising with a focus and expertise in coordinating media strategies and communication. His career includes key executive and leadership positions with Leap Online, an online marketing company, the operations of which were merged with those of EyeWonder in 1999, as well as Magellan TSA, Inc., Place Space Media, and Captive Concepts, Inc.
Mr. Vincent earned his bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University.
Mr. Connell has been EyeWonder's General Counsel since 2000, and became its chief operating officer and acting chief financial officer in 2006. Mr. Connell manages and oversees all of EyeWonder's legal and financial affairs, and also oversees the company's ongoing operations and expansion efforts.
Before joining EyeWonder, Mr. Connell was a partner in the Atlanta office of Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, where he specialized in business formations, mergers and acquisitions, franchising and licensing, private securities offerings and venture capital financings. His clients ranged from startups to large technology and other publicly held companies, such as Aaron Rents, Maxicom PCS (founders of Sprint affiliate Airgate PCS), Scientific Research Corporation, National Vision Associates, Huddle House and Bank South, N.A. (the Georgia predecessor to Bank of America).
Mr. Connell earned his J.D. from the Cornell Law School and his B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University.
As Chief Information Officer, Mr. McClellen oversees EyeWonder's four major information and technical groups: the Product Development team, the IT Support team, the Infrastructure team and the Publisher Development/Support team. He is responsible for spearheading the company's innovation and product enhancements, in addition to coordinating EyeWonder's ad delivery and reporting architecture and infrastructure.
Mr. McClellen has an extensive and high-profile background in technology and information architecture. Prior to joining EW, he served as Senior Enterprise Architect, Enterprise Architecture and Engineering, Enterprise Technology and Infrastructure at SunTrust Bank. Before that, he was the eBusiness Technical Manager of Implementations at Manhattan Associates, and also a Senior Enterprise Architect at Arthur Andersen.
Mr. McClellen attended Mercer University and Georgia Institute of Technology with major areas of study in Computers, English, Communication and Theater Arts.
Mr. Griffin joined EyeWonder in 2000 as head of sales and marketing and was promoted to EyeWonder's executive team in 2002. In 2001, Griffin sold the Internet's first major video ad campaign --powered by EyeWonder. Today, Griffin oversees the company's marketing, partnerships, and business development activities. Under Griffin's leadership, EyeWonder has delivered billions of online video and rich media ad impressions for Fortune 1000 advertisers, and its rich media and video ad products are accepted by hundreds of online publishers worldwide including Yahoo!, AOL and MSN.
Griffin has over twenty years of sales and marketing expertise for some of the world's top brands. Prior to joining EyeWonder, Griffin served as Senior Manager of National Consumer Marketing Programs for The Coca-Cola Company. His previous experience includes serving as Director of Marketing for The Weather Channel cable television network and Weather.com, and as Brand Manager for The Paddington Corporation, a division of Grand Metropolitan, PLC where he was named to Advertising Age magazine's top 100 marketers in 1996.
Mr. Griffin earned his B.A. in Political Science from Alfred University.
Mr. Rosner has an impressive record of rich media sales leadership. As EyeWonder's Vice President of Global Sales, he oversees the company's sales efforts domestically and internationally, including eight sales offices worldwide. Prior to joining EyeWonder, Rosner served as Director of New Business at PointRoll. There he was responsible for incubating new media and rich media products to augment existing company revenues.
Before his tenure at PointRoll, Rosner was Director of Sales and New Business Development at Conducive Corp., where he additionally served as the VP of Sales and the General Manger of Ai Media, a spin-off entity representing highly targeted search and contextual advertising opportunities. He was also responsible for all day-to-day inventory management as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Prior to joining Conducive, Michael held a variety of management and senior sales positions at DoubleClick Media and the SONAR Network. Michael received a B.S. from Arizona State University in 1992.
